Chef Geogy Chacko has perfected these techniques over the years. At Grillside you will find the careful infusion and marination of rare spices and traditional seasonings perfectly balanced for a flavorful experience. Specialties include Filet Mignon, Lamb Chops cut extra thick served on a fresh mint merlot demi-glaze, and Ahi Tuna with mango chutney. Grillside beef is Black Angus certified, seafood is seasonally fresh, pastas are made locally by Carsos, and sauces are from scratch with no additives added.
